Kathryn was an exceptional support throughout the process of selling my sisters house. I always felt like she was a true partner in the process. More than just someone doing a job - she was personally invested in the best outcome for everybody. I live out of state from where the house is located so having someone who had relationships with other service providers and professionals to take care of details I had difficulty managing remotely was immensely helpful and her people all delivered professional services at a fair price. Kathryn herself is professional, thoughtful, persistent, competent and was unflapable during my times of stress. Kathryn is a great communicator, is attentive to details and kept everything on schedule. She was spot on in recommending the best pricepoint for the house and we sold for the full asking price. I recommend Kathryn Chappelle without reservation.

I could not have asked for a better real estate agent than Kathryn Chappell of RE/MAX Trinity of Fort Worth ! She solved every problem I faced in selling my sisters house for me. Being my sisters power of attorney was an entirely new experience for me but Kathryn showed me exactly how to navigate these new waters.
