My wife and I are extremely pleased with Katherines services. She was our buyer agent for our new home in Houston and is immensely knowledgeable about the area. She was proactive and on top of everything. It felt like she was always one step ahead. Very diligent and organized and always kept us in the loop. Also honest about homes she felt were overpriced. She made the whole process as smooth as possible.

Katherine knows her stuff! She is a wonderful agent. Very knowledge of the industry, laws and new updates. In this crazy market of buying or selling, she kept me calm and told me the honest facts (good or bad). Katherine works hard for you and makes sure that everything is correct. Ive worked with Katherine for several transactions and each time she has been amazing. Very responsive and always communicated with detail about any showings or properties. Katherine Boddeker was recommended to us by a friend who has years of experience in real estate; he said she was the best realtor he had ever worked with. She helped our son buy his first home. We subsequently asked Katherine to list our home for sale.Katherine provided comparisons of similar houses sold in the area to help us set the right price. She brought in a professional photographer and a videographer to make the house look great on the listing. She worked hard to market our home, and we had a contract at asking price in less than a week. Weichert offers a discount to first responders and teachers, so we saved money on the commission as well. We would definitely use Katherine again.

My experience working with Katherine was was so amazing. Let me share my journey. First, To get my house on the market, Katherine was so accommodating in getting my home on the market. I was leaving for a job out of state for 8 weeks. Katherine took all the weight off my shoulders from staging my home, making sure my home was safe during the worst snow storm in Conroe, getting any odds and ends done, and then “bam”, had a buyer in a matter of a few weeks. She made sure all documents were sent to me, kept me informed step by step. And then, Katherine arranged for my home to be packed up by movers, her wonderful husband traveled with me 2 hours away to make sure my move went without any issues.
