We were new to the area and Karola did an excellent job helping us find a rental house. As previous home owners with two younger kids, we really wanted to find a house that could feel like home for the year we were renting. We found the house we wanted to move to and Karola worked extremely hard to get us a quick showing, even though they were originally denying all our requests. Karola really helped get our application to the top and we were moving in a week later. We love the home, the neighborhood, and the general location. We’re happy to be here for the next year and our kids are already making friends on our street. Karola made all this happen. We had an amazing time with Karola as our realtor, she helped us sell our house for 100k more then what we were about to take from a cash offer investor. Karola said let’s just sell “as is” ourselves instead of letting a investor buy it from us. We didn’t have to come out of pocket much, just a basic paint job and new carpet which she helped up find an affordable carpet guy who did an amazing job, all in less then 1 day was in and out. She also went above and beyond helping us find a new place to stay. We since found a new house to buy and are under contract for a property she has guided us through as well! Unmatched experience and a genus in this field.
