Karlee is amazing. While I was looking at the beautiful homes she was walking the floors checking for settling issues and wall damage (I wouldnt have thought anything of it). She also was quick on the paperwork that was involved. Karlee also had my house sold before I had ready for market. 💖

I can not recommend Karlee highly enough. She patiently looked at houses with us for over six months. Karlee definitely knows her stuff when it comes to VA loans and the qualifications for the homes. She walked the floors, looked for cracks and repairs that would be needed to come up to code. She kept us focused when we got sidetracked and was honest even when it wasnt what we wanted to hear. Karlee is a great asset when looking for a home.
