Just sold my second property with Karissa as my agent. Clearly I loved working with her the first time, that is why I came back. She was equally great this second time. Highly recommend her. She helped me decide on details for the remodel, closed our first offer for a sale and was very responsive every step of the way. Aside from that, she is just good people and a pleasure to work with. -

She is very calming because she knows the ins abd outs. She will find answers to any question.Our mortgage company said she was amazing to work with and they wished all relators were more like her. -
