Karen did a great job showing us houses that fit our needs. The market was very competitive, so she thought outside the box and showed us a new subdivision that was building houses - and it worked out perfectly for us. She also recommended that since we were first time home buyers that we should buy brand new. I’m all for renovating and making something my own, but now I am glad she recommended this, because it makes a lot of sense! Karen always made herself available and was flexible. We really enjoyed working with her. She knows her stuff!

We used Karen when we sold and when we purchased! She made an extremely stressful process run so smoothly. She jumped on the phone with us whenever we had questions and even called us several times to check up and give us updates on the process. We had 3 offers in less than 24 hours! She also worked extremely well with our builder to make sure we were getting the best deal we could! I can’t recommend Karen Mullins enough! With her you can’t go wrong!!
