Kaitlyn was so great through the selling and buying experience! She was always so informative and was very responsive to my questions. This was my first time selling a home and she made it so easy {and also helped get my house under contract in 5 days}! Kaitlyn gave her honest opinions when trying to navigate options and I knew I could trust her. She also helped make the buying process go very smoothly. Would highly recommend Kaitlyn for any needing help with real estate!

Working with Kaitlyn was the best experience I couldve asked for. There isnt anyone more kind, understanding, and patient that I wouldve rather worked with while purchasing my first home. She was incredibly helpful with walking me through each step of the process and going out of her way to help make it smoother, even going as far as to personally deliver paperwork to the builder on my behalf which was far above and beyond expectations. I would highly recommend working with her whether its your first home or your tenth, she is a super reliable realtor and one whom I will absolutely be working with again.

Kaitlyn really paid attention to what we were looking for and we decided on a new home our first trip out. Every option checked off all of our boxes which saved us a lot of time and decision making. We ended up having her list the home we were selling as well since the purchase was such a smooth experience. I was personally dreading the entire selling process but she handled everything, including those stressful negotiations so well that the most involved issue we had was literally packing! She even came to the closings to ensure everything went off without a hitch and reached out after the move to make sure we had our warranty info should we need it. Her follow-up on everything from our very first discussion through post move was excellent.

Kaity was fantastic to work with. She is very professional and on top of every detail. I was very appreciative of the real time advice she can provide helping to make quicker more informed decisions. Something came up with the seller while I was out of town and away from resources and she was able to break all the options down and make a high pressure decision easier to make. I would absolutely recommend working with her and will definitely be using her for future house purchases.

Kaitlyn is an extremely knowledgeable, hardworking, dedicated, and enthusiastic realtor. She helped my husband and I buy our first house in 2021 (moved from AZ back to LbK) and then helped us buy our current house in 2023 (our family was growing and we needed a bigger house).
