Kaila was fantastic the entire process of finding, negotiating and buying our home. There was NEVER a lapse in service and she was always available. We were overwhelmed with the task of selling our late mothers home and property. We had gotten misinformation and wasted time from working with an inexperienced realtor out of Dallas when a friend recommended Kaila. To our relief, Kaila was swift in coming to tour the property and felt the love and charm my parents had invested into the home when they built it. Before we knew it, she had photos and drone images, and the listing was active with a beautiful description that would have made my parents hug her neck and say, You see it how we saw it! We had an multiple offers within 2 days and she helped us decide which to accept. She went above and beyond and knocked it out of the park with the particulars of the negotiations, always bringing solutions to us that made it so much easier for us. We are forever grateful for her care, professionalism and hard work and highly recommend her to all!
