Kacie was truly exceptional. Her responsiveness was incredible, and she was ALWAYS available for home tours.The house we finally chose to put an offer in on was a renovation. Kacie did an impressive amount of research on the house and the process. This is our first renovation, so we were pretty much clueless. She has her clientβs best interests in mind and will work with you to make your desires a reality.Kacie is well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, she was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. Her cool, calm mindset kept our anxiety low and gave us the confidence she would get the job done β and she did!If you are looking for a real estate agent that is going to go above and beyond you have found her. Her promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. Weβve already recommended her to multiple friends and family. Kacie is an amazing realtor! I moved here from out of state and she was extremely helpful. She remembered the things I said about what type of house I was looking for and helped me find a nice house. She also took me to a lot of houses to look at. I am so thankful she was my realtor.
