If I could give Justin more stars I would! He made it happen and did exactly what needed to be done. I felt so dumb asking all these questions as a first time home buyer! He answered all my questions without hesitation, he’s there for you through the entire process, not just to make the sale…. I didnt expect to get a house since we had complications with the first lender and we’re turned down but he said dont worry, Im going to make it happen! He used creative financing (owner financing) to help us get into our new home. Thanks again to Justin and his entire team for being very patient with me… he put up with all my “craziness”… like wrong neighborhood, to expensive, wrong town, even when we looked at just land he was there to help us make the best financial decisions that we could for what we could afford…Once we selected the house for us, he helped with rehabbing- if he said that he and his team we’re going to do something they did it 100% every time . We closed in 9 days! He sent me all the stuff he needed and I submitted it all at once. The process started moving pretty quickly Justin saved us from being stuck in the rental cycle/trap…when it came time for closing… he helped me to navigate all the new information.. he was patient and kind the whole 7 months we worked together..
