Justin and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. As a first time homebuyer, there are a lot of things I did and a lot more I didnt know, and Justin was very patient and helped answer all of my questions I threw at him. Most importantly, he went out of his way to answer them in ways that I could understand, and didnt make me feel stupid for asking questions that were clearly obvious. He really helped keep me sane and calm coming off of the crazy market we were in a couple years ago, and was able to help me navigate the homebuying process in a way that made me comfortable. He is very knowledgeable on what to look for in houses, and quick to point out red flags and even green flags as were touring. He brought a lot of perspective I didnt quite think about at first when buying a home, like resell-ability and quick understandings of effort that would take to fix things in the houses we looked at. Overall, Im looking forward to having Justin as my selling agent 10+ years down the line when Im looking to upgrade my living :) -

Justin was a tremendous help! I was purchasing from out of state, he made the process as seamless as it could be with the distance and time zone differences. He went above and beyond to make sure my new home was perfect before closing and kept me updated on every little detail since I wasnt physically there to see the progress. He was very responsive and communicative. He even gave me a tour of the city (on what should have been his off day) when I flew in to view the home. A pleasure to work with. Justin came recommended from a friend. After contacting him I knew he was the right agent to assist us in finding the home and property we were looking for. Justin previewed homes for us and quickly gathered answers to our inquiries. His help was invaluable since we were looking to move to TX from MN and could not visit each home that was of interest to us. Justin was patient , always helpful and never pushy. Justin Liedtke is one of the most pleasant professionals my wife and I have had the pleasure of working with. Buying real-estate is hard enough by itself, but doing so from well over a thousand miles away is even more challenging. Having Justin as our agent made the process of finding our dream property a breeze. He was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and had to navigate some tricky beauracracy in regards to land rights, deeds, easements, etc. More than 2 months after closing he reached back out to us just to see if we were enjoying our purchase. But Justin has gone so far above and beyond that.For example, he has a guy for everything (which was comforting to us when we wouldnt know where to look) because of the wonderful relationships hes built over the years from treating people like friends, not just clients. And when calling said people they usually respond with, Oh Justin!! We love him!!
