He guided us throughout the whole process and gave us a stress-free, no nonsense experience. He listened to our needs, provided the solutions for us and gave valuable advice throughout. When we hit a roadblock to close on the house we were buying, he stepped in and assisted the seller to get things done on time.He was always on top of things, quick to effectively respond to our queries, anytime any day, and helped removed any concerns for us. Justin was the agent for the rental home we recently leased. Justin was extremely helpful, open, and reliable through the whole process. He really cared about us, and understood our needs from the very first house we toured even giving us ideas on how to better utilize the space.Justin was always available to answer our questions and to show us homes throughout the Houston area any time we asked. He communicated quickly and effectively throughout the entire process and helped us find the perfect rental to call home. I was referred to Justin by a trusted friend and was not disappointed. He is in every way the perfect gentleman and conducted himself in an exemplary manner. I had 2 criteria: 1. no stress and 2. No BS. I wanted a quick deal and I had a hot listing I knew was sure to go fast so time was of the essence. He met me at 9am and we had a sealed deal by the end of the day. I trusted Justin 100% and he honestly got me a better deal than I had budgeted. Throughout the process Justin always promptly responded to any questions I had, regardless of his own busy schedule. Responses were almost always immediate and he offered so much help and advice I felt very at ease, even after closing Justin did not hesitate to offer any assistance I may need. I have had many homes, and real estate transactions... my general opinion of most agents is trash, but when I find a good one, a real professional and I give them my trust, they are GOLDEN. I can not recommend him enough. Golden. He will be handling all of my Texas Deals.
