Justin was my realtor for my recently purchased house. Justin was extremely helpful, transparent, and reliable throughout the whole process. He was extremely professional and responded to any questions, day or night, no matter how big or small.Justin was more than helpful in finding the best house for me and felt like he was looking out for my best interests. There was zero pressure from him and he was always ready to find other homes if I wasnt completely satisfied. He was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find a home that fit in my price range. Justin made the whole experience manageable and I would recommened him to anyone looking to buy a house.

I had the pleasure of working with Justin to buy my first home here in Austin. He did most of the work actually, I just had to show up at times and make decisions. Id been living abroad the previous 10 years, and had only really begun to consider buying a home when I asked for Justins advice. He very quickly got me up to speed, and was able to hone in on what I was actually looking for. And ultimately in finding what made the most sense for me, both as a home, and a long term investment. One on the first things that really stood out with Justin, is he was always more focused on answering my questions, giving good advice, and finding homes that would meet my needs, than he was on closing a deal. Justin is very attentive, and has a knack for getting to the truth of a matter very quickly and earnestly. He was always proactive and kept me on task, which is exactly what I needed. I am very happy with my new home, and having Justin as a friend and partner with the whole process getting here.

Justin was my agent during the sale of the first placed I ever owned—my first experience on the selling side. Justin was exceptional. His expertise, connections, and natural negotiating prowess were clear differentiators and worked to secure the true value of my property via the best offer possible—all the while making it fun and easy. I actually looked forward to calls from Justin because even when it wasn’t great news, he already had a plan in place to make it better. He never called without carefully reviewing options and information ahead of time. His direct, no-nonsense communication style is perhaps what I appreciated most in working with him. Justin was on top of everything. His response time was remarkable and he answered questions I didn’t even know I should be asking. Not to mention that when he didn’t have the answers, he sought to find them from his deep bench of experts. He was proactive every step of the way and made selling my home from a different state a completely seamless experience. As I embarked on the purchase of my first investment property in Houston, I turned to Justin to assist with the transaction. He was engaging from the beginning and listened closely to me describe the characteristics I was looking for in an investment property, the targeted locations, and price range. He quickly developed a list of target properties for review. As we toured properties, his assessments of them made him a valuable advisor in choosing the one that best fit my needs. Additionally, during the offer process, he expertly negotiated a great purchase price. Although he is Austin based, he provided a great level of service for a Houston based transaction. Overall I found Justin to be professional, insightful, and incredibly hard working. I recommend anyone who is looking for a high quality realtor to work with him.
