(More details on our experiences provided below.)Since 2019, we’ve purchased two homes and sold one in the Cibolo area. The first purchase was sight unseen. As a former military family, we were PCSing to the JBSA Randolph area and needed to line up a home but couldn’t travel to TX for viewings. A friend of a friend recommended her. She used our list of requirements to identify the best homes available within our budget and toured the homes on our behalf. She provided detailed walkthrough videos that included sensory descriptions you can’t discern from a walk-through alone. (How does the home smell?) Her research helped us to find the perfect home for our needs and without us traveling to TX to do it. On our arrival, we were very pleased with the home’s location, neighborhood, and layout. It was a wonderful fit.In April 2022, on a whim, we found a home we liked in the highly-sought after Garden Ridge area that could fit our needs better. (As happens in life, our requirements for a home had changed, but we weren’t in a rush.) Jill arranged a viewing and toured it with us within a day of contacting her about it. On closer inspection we realized while the location was ideal and the property had a lot of potential, it would need a lot of immediate maintenance work. Jill respected our decision to submit a low-ball offer—despite the hot market and it being in a highly desirable location. While the offer was rejected, we greatly appreciated her being honest about the odds it would be rejected and still respecting what we felt comfortable offering. Shortly thereafter, we found another home. This time, it was perfect. We were able to provide a competitive offer that was ultimately accepted. But we had a serious contingency to work around.We hadn’t been planning on selling our home. That meant with an accepted offer on our dream home we had to prep and stage our current home, get it on the market, under contract, and ultimately sold within less than 45 days. Eek! It would have been an utter nightmare without Jill’s solid financing contacts, staging advice, help (she actually dusted, vacuumed, and moved furniture), and consistent guidance.We received multiple offers on our home within the first two days and had it under contract by the close of the second. We were able to close on the sale of our home one day before we closed on our dream, forever home. Can’t recommend Jill enough.
