If youre looking for an amazing realtor, who also happens to be an amazing human, you wont find anyone better than Julie Sauls.After the passing of our mother in January 2023, we needed to sell our family home. One of our moms neighbors has known Julie for years and recommended her. After the first meeting I knew she was going to be able to help with the sale process. There were a lot of family dynamics to work thru and around and it was very trying to say the least. Julie never pressured me to hurry up and get the sale process started. She was so patient and understanding and never once backed out because of the family issues. She knows the market and what it takes to either sell or purchase a home. True to her word, she stuck with us and the sale was finally completed 2 months ago.I needed a realtor, what I got was a forever friend.

She was very patient and was amazing at working around me traveling, doing video tours, and searching the market for what I was interested in. She is very knowledgeable not only to the area, but all the things that come once you place an offer. I felt very comfortable knowing I was in good hands, even from out of state. We came to Julie as Newlyweds, with 3 small requests-Sell my home, sell my husband’s home and find us our new forever home….Oh yeah, and accomplish this in 3 months!When selling my home, we didn’t have to figure out who to hire for repairs, she put us in touch with the right professionals to do all repairs on my home. Hugh! Hugh load off our minds!Like most future home buyers, we thought we knew what we wanted…but we actually didn’t have a clue. . She was beyond patient! What we ended up with was the opposite of what we thought we wanted. It was a process of showing us different properties. With each one, we were starting to get a picture of what style of home we really liked, what met our needs, right down to the neighborhood we desired. Everyone should experience this kind of service and professionalism from their Realtor. If you’re not, you’re with the wrong Realtor.Julie sold our homes for what she said they would sell for. We listed the first house the last week of August. The second followed with getting what she said we could list for.We have been in our forever home just over 3 months now.
