Julie Oltjendiers was a blessing to our family as we navigated the stressful time of moving our family 1300 miles away from the only home our kiddos have ever known. We actually had a different realtor and it wasn’t a good fit for us. Julie was recommended to us and we felt cared for and she advocated for us. I didn’t realize home buying procedures were different state to state. She was a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and she never ever seemed like she didn’t have time for us or that our questions or the homes we wanted to see were an inconvenience to her. She really went above and beyond and her patient demeanor helped us feel at ease during that time of stress and unknowns. We will absolutely ask for Julie’s help again if we decide to sell and buy in the future!
