As a Realtor myself, I find nothing worst of an agent who ignores questions for hours and sometimes days. Our business is very fast paced and having worked with Julie was a breath of fresh air, she was prompt with her responses, gave notice when she couldn’t respond right away. It was great working with her, looking forward doing business with her again.

Julie worked so hard on selling our home. She kept us informed with every step of the home selling process. She even staged the home, since we were not living in it, to make it warm and inviting.We will definitely use her on any other properties we sell.

This is our second time using Julie so that speaks for itself. She sold two of our homes swiftly! If I couldve, I wouldve used her for our new Vegas home. Any questions, concerns over the time we were with her, we were taken answered or taken care of in a timely manner. We were updated regularly even when not expecting an update and the entire process was picture perfect. She went out of her way bringing my wife lunch and accompanied her so she wouldnt feel uncomfortable alone with the inspector at her request and allowed me not to miss work. This proves Julie will go above and beyond whats expected of a realtor. Some are just in it for the money and never hear back but not with Julie. She gave us a great rate and provided more than any realtor we have ever used at the std. rate! Here we are three full months after we closed, she chat every so once in a while just to see how were doing in sin city. Always a pleasure to hear from her. Look her up, you WILL NOT be disappointed.
