I have bought two homes in the last 5 years and I must say that Julie Duncan went above and beyond as my current realtor. She was aggressive and got me exactly what I requested in concessions and an overall price cut. She kept me in the loop on details regarding the home and kept my worries to a minimum. I can not say enough good things about Julie. In a world that seems to accept and reward, in a lot of cases, poor customer service or lack of integrity…She set a higher standard by meeting and EXCEEDED all of my expectations in an amazing way. She treated me like family; went to bat on my behalf, disputed actions that did not put my best interests as a priority and helped me get an exceptional offer on the house I sold as well as the best deal on the house I purchased.
