I would say if you looking for the best realtor, someone honest, loyal, who works hard so you dont have to worry, lets just say your ride or die Realtor.... You want JR Fletcher. He worked with me for over 2.5 years when I was going through a lengthy court battle. It was one of the hardest times in my life. He checked on my family and I often, offered any assistance he could while I waited. Through many tears, frustration and anxiety, JR rode along side me throughout the entire process. It wasnt just business for him, he truly cared. Once court was wrapped up, JR guided me on everything I needed to prepare my parents home to be sold. After being on the market for a short few weeks our home was sold quicker than I imagined it would be. I was actually shocked. Returning Customer is EXTREMELY SATISFIED!!!!In 2018, I had worked with JR Fletcher to help me through selling a house while my ex-husband was out of state. Mr. Fletcher not only helped me sell the house, but put me in touch with agencies who could help me with other issues. So, when I was looking for a house in the summer of 2020, I immediately called JR Fletcher. He just helped me buy a house --- and saved me over $8,000!!!! I was looking into renting my house and Jr. Fletcher was recommended by both a family member and friend. Ive dealt with a few realtors before and both times I felt like they were only interested in making themselves money and not taking my best interest as theirs. I am more than happy with my decision to go with Jr. Fletcher. I can trust him. I know he will truly work for me and my needs and not just see a paycheck. I plan on using him again for my future realtor needs.Jr. Fletcher had people looking at the home the very next day after we met with him. It rented out in less than a week! (even then it took that long because I was being very picky, otherwise it would have rented in 2-3 days!)Knowledge: Jr. Fletcher was very knowledgeable in the dealings of renting. He foresaw issues we would have and we were able to fix them before they became a problem.Patience: I tend to ask a lot of questions and want to make sure that I understand every detail of what is going on. J.R. provided my family the best service possible. Being the eldest son of my late father it is hard to help my mother and sister when I no longer live in El Paso. My Father took care of everything for my mother and didnt share much with us as his children so I have to rely on my sister to help our mother with any matters. This came to light and was a huge burden when he passed this passed July. Being our childhood home it was hard to let go but it had to be done. My father not able to maintain the house because of his age and disabilities and myself not living in El Paso to assist in the upkeep made it an easy decision for the Family. J.R. was exactly what we were looking for in a great real estate agent. He took all the burden away from my Mom and Sister while keeping me in the loop every step of the way. Like I stated earlier we had no idea of what waited for us in trying to sell our home. J.R. took care of EVERYTHING.
