    Mr. Joe helped us get an inspection back in October for a house we were looking to purchase as first time homebuyers. Made a clear list of everything in the house and gave us a very detailed report that we were able to understand of everything that was wrong or needed fixing and even physically walked us through everything so we could see for ourselves exactly what he was talking about.     Ok, So I am going to give this 4 stars soley based on the interaction that I had with him.1) I submitted an inquiry online and received a call and a text while he was out of the country on vacation but still chose to get back to me fairly quickly.2) I requested a 2-phase inspection for new construction because I need a reasonable level of assurance on how my home is being constructed. He told me you dont need to do all of that, most new builders know what they are doing. I am like, so how are you going to check the integrity of the framing, the electrical work, the roof and all that if it will all be covered up at the end? He said for the pre-sheetrock inspection he wouldnt give me a full report that it would just be notes since the house isnt finished yet.3) He also told me that he was just trying to save me some money. Sir, WHY would anyone build a very expensive large structure and not be willing to spend $800 for 2 inspections?I just thought this feedback may be useful to potential customers. if this is your style then go for it. But if you are meticulous, detailed oriented and expect a certain level of assurance I didnt get that from my initial interaction.
