Joy Daniel has sold 4 houses for me and helped me buy 3. She works tirelessly for her clients. Sometimes that means helping them buy a home so new the paint is still wet; other times it means showing them homes that need a mound of love (read: work) ) into a “charming” abode. Whatever her clients need, Joy won’t rest until she’s found it - and negotiated for the best price.But perhaps Joy shines most brightly when she is representing sellers. She knows just how to stage a home. She is an expert on the Lubbock market and sellers can trust Joy to price their homes at the sweet spot. Besides all that, Joy is delightful to work with. Joy helped us when we purchased this home a few years ago, for our college student to live in. She was so helpful and pleasant to work with then, that we decided to use her again, when we sold the house this summer (2023). Joy had great advice on what we needed to fix up in order to sell, pricing, etc. She always responded quickly to texts or calls. She sold the house in 2 days! Definitely recommend her!
