Josh is amazing! He really does treat you like family! He will make sure you know everything and feel absolutely comfortable with all of the decisions and details that go into the process of buying your home. He took all of the anxiety out of the process and helped us every step of the way. He is an amazing realtor and has now became a family friend that attends our birthday parties and even sends us Christmas cards! We bought our house 3 years ago and he still makes sure to keep in touch. We appreciate him and all he has done for us.

Josh is the best realtor I had have the pleasure to work with, made himself available according to busy schedule. Buying a home can be scary and overwhelming, but Josh walked me through each stage one step at a time . Can’t imagine ever working with a different realtor.

Was looking to purchase a different house but had to sell my existing one first. I found one I wanted to see and called Josh Holt the listing agent. He informed me that particular home was under contract but would gladly send me several listing that met my criteria. I received a list of 7 homes within a few hours. Pleasantly surprised he followed thru. After a few days he reached out to see if I wanted to look at any. That weekend we looked at 4 of the listings. Within a few hours he took me to one not on the list based on my comments of the others. It was what I wanted. Put in an offer and now he had to sell mine. Within several days mine was on the market and under contract 4 days later. Beyond my wildest expectations this was moving quicker than I thought. He kept me overly informed, fought for a few things on the new house, and 39 days we were closing on both. Did an amazing job a truusted advisor, and professional without all the pressure that goes along with the house buying experience . Thanks my friend.Would have Josh as my agent anytime.

Great service and very professional. I would recommend his services to anyone who is looking yo buy or sell a house. He did both for me and not only he provided the best service he makes sure everything is done in the best interest of the customer. He will go above and beyond to have the best possible outcome for the customer. He does not waste time and makes the best use of every minute spent with the customer.
