As a real-estate investor, I was immediately impressed by Joshs ability to grasp the real-estate investor side in regard to land. Our first transaction involved selling some acreage I had acquired in Alvin, Texas. He was very diligent in finding suitable comparables in the area, which subsequently helped market the property and hit the mark when he sold it..Following that transaction, Josh was able to find another property in the Alvin area which he represented me as a buyer. We are currently working together to market the property. Lastly, one of main reasons I recommend Josh whether youre buying or selling, is that Josh always promptly returns calls and always gets back to me whenever I have questions. Thats worth a million!..
