Even after closing, he was still helping to set up utilities and appliances in my home since I was still living out of town. My husband and I started working with Jon to navigate the homebuying process over the summer. It wasnt in our best interest to go that route, so we made the decision to lease a home. We have more time to work on certain items he and our lender advised on and we also will gain experience maintaining a home. What an experience! I was going to start by saying worst realtor ever but then I’d be lying. We totally made a friendship from this purchase and John was not your typical pushy salesman who is trying to make a commission from you. He really listened and answered every question we had, and I mean EVERY question I had. This is our first home that we closed today 2/6/23 and all I can say is it was a journey and he helped us from start to close.
