Mandy and Bill were amazing realtors! They guided us thru the process of selling our house and made it super easy. We listed on a Thursday afternoon and sold it by Saturday with multiple bids coming in over asking price. I would highly recommend them for any realtor transactions you may be looking for. It was like we were their only client … great one on one experience. Their goal is your goal and they will do everything possible to make to make it happen.

We worked with Bill and Mandy to sell our house in Wylie TX. The level of preparations that they came to meet us on first visit, at less than 1 days notice was mind blowing. In first 15 minutes of meeting they were able to win over our confidence - with their professional competence, being able to provide honest and truthful feedback plus realistic expectations.They were able to implement great strategy to attract maximum number of buyers starting first day of showing. We had several great offers in first 3 days - Bill & Mandy also coached us in how to select best offer to minimize any issues down the line.The provided great service every step of the way. Highly recommend them - if you are looking for great realtors for buying or selling.

We had the greatest experience with Bill and Mandie! We didn’t know much about the home buying process and they did an excellent job at walking us through everything. They were always available for us day or night! Patient, kind, and thorough. We truly felt they had our best interest in mind and not just trying to make another sale!

I had a great experience with Bill and Mandy! They listened to my needs/wants in a home and guided me to a best fit option for me. They are very familiar with the north TX area, amenities in each area, areas that are growing and things to consider with each area. I had several issues with my builder and Bill/Mandy worked with me and the builder to address and resolve each issue. Without their assistance, I do feel it would have been a great deal harder for me to resolve all issues. They played “middle person” for me. Bill and Mandy will listen to you and guide you to finding your perfect home! You can’t go wrong with Jolliff Realty!!
