The most I valued is the knowledge, straightforwardness & willingness of Johnna Little to educate me about the home buying process. How having a good agent that is knowledgeable in their respective field will have a great deal of impact on whether or not a deal can be made. One of the best in my humble opinion.

Johnna helped us sell our house. We found her through the Dave Ramsey websites ELP program. We meet with three realtors to discuss the asking price for our house. The first two suggested prices that would make their jobs easy. Very low prices that would allow for a quick sell, with very little effort on their part. Johnna reviewed the comps in the area and suggest an asking price of $40,000 above the other to realtors. We accepted and offer 19 days after it was listed for a little below our asking price. working with Johnna was great and we got top dollar for our house.
