When we began the process of purchasing our first home, we felt like we were way in over our heads with this crazy market. The first realtor we had tried to talk us out of buying a home and tried to push us into buying a condo that was smaller than our apartment at the time. My coworker referenced me to Johnice as she had just helped her cousin move in to their home. I was a bit weary at first given our experience with our first realtor, however I am glad to have found a realtor like Johnice. She was very patient, attentive to our needs, and made sure we knew she was with us every step of the way. What I loved most about Johnice was the fact that she was always responsive and she fought for us when people tried to take advantage of us as first time home buyers.
