We relocated to the Dallas area. John was recommended as a great resource. In the past 30 years we have moved 6 times. Working with John was the best experience we’ve ever had. We flew in to look at houses for three days. John had 30+ listings for us to review. We averaged 6 to 8 houses a day and ended up finding the perfect house for us. I would highly recommend John.

We met John as our neighbor seven years ago. And our neighbor turned into a friend, our friend stayed a friend once he was no longer a neighbor, and our friend turned into our realtor! Couldn’t imagine using anyone else to sell our home and assist us in the purchase (and build) of a new one. Half of the things John did for us I kind of thought he did just because he was our friend, but no, he really is that amazing of a realtor and does these personal things because he truly cares and wants the best for his clients. John doesn’t shy away from talking you out of a house if he knows it’s not the right fit. He did this with us more than once and it feels so comforting to know you aren’t working with someone who’s in it for just a quick sale. His years of experience say a lot about his professionalism and expertise, and his eye for style and design can’t be beat. If selling and buying again means I get to work with John again, I may be talked into moving again one day (which i swore I’d never do again!)

John possesses impeccable follow-through & thoughtful expertise. In addition, John demonstrates great communication skills and is a good & patient listener. I would fall in love with a place; he would carefully point out things that werent quite right for me with that particular choice! It was like he talked me out of buy (what realtor does that???)...but in affect, he was doing the right thing for me (and himself) long-term. As a result, John sold and bought a new home for me within a six-month period of time and did the same for my daughter as well. He had my complete confidence and trust prior to him becoming my realtor...and now after, even more so. There is no better realtor. He is in it for the long-haul and YOUR best interest, not his.

Being new to the process, John was patient, professional, and went above what we expected. He gave us great resources for first-time home buyers which helped ease the anxiety of jumping into a new territory.Being new to the Dallas area, we ended renting to get a feel for which neighborhoods we want to call home.
