John and his team absolutely crushed it. Everyone was knowledgeable, helpful, considerate and went above and beyond. Communications via zoom, phone and email was seamless, easy and simplified the process while we were out of state. John was crucial to the coordination, advice prior to purchase and actively negotiating our offer. There were never any questions with the constant follow up. I would definitely recommend John to future home buyers.

John Butcher of The Butcher Group is a true professional. He is a savvy negotiator applying his extensive experience and always protected our best interests. We sold and purchased a home with John and were pleased with his services from start to finish. He was responsive day and night as if we were his only clients.
