WOW. I’ll never find the right words to express how thankful I am that we found Joe Olivares. We are a family of 5 that includes 3 young children…… so buying our first home was very important to us. We relocated to Texas from out of state and Joe stuck with us every step of the way. We flew out to meet him in March and he had an itenirary set up for us to maximize our time we had since it was a short trip for us. We saw homes, he showed us schools, gave us tips on neighborhoods and HOW to shop for our perfect home. We finally made the move out to Texas in July after our new build was completed. He answered any and every question so promptly, professionally….. and my favorite; so personally. He made us feel comfortable during such a drastic life change for us. He went above and beyond and I’m glad we now live closer to him so we can invite him over for BBQ! JOE KNOWS HIS STUFF and made our Texas livin’ dream come true.
