As first time buyers we were very overwhelmed and confused but Jody was there to help us and walk us through the whole process. He was always available to answer our calls/ texts despite the time zone differences (we lived in Hawaii). Jody worked tirelessly to help us find the house that we were looking for. Jody helped us hire professionals with very high level of integrity (inspector, appraiser, lender..). During the whole process we were in Hawaii and we completely trusted Jody to send out offers, see houses, video call us, and take videos and photos for us (all done with extreme transparency).. Thank you Jody for being so professional, patient, and honest!

I connected with Jody through Zillow for a house I was initially interested in viewing early in my purchase process. At the time I didnt have a clear idea of what I wanted in a house and just wanted to start looking so I reached out via Zillow to schedule a viewing for a house (that ended up not being the right fit for me). At the time of viewing and any house viewing afterwards, Jody was punctual and very helpful to any questions I may have had regarding the house or the buying process (first-timer). As I narrowed down on the things I was looking for in a house and main locations I wanted to look for, Jody was actively narrowing down his search to meet my criteria while being attentive to any houses I may have stumbled upon in Zillow and forwarded to him. After deciding for a house, Jody helped me through the negotiation, inspection, fixes and mortgage processes which was of great help. Hes been very helpful after closing on the house as well with house-related questions Ive had. Overall hes a cool, easy-going guy and a great realtor to work with. 10/10 would buy house again.

A member of our family living in Texas referred us to Jody and we are glad they did!We were looking for a home near Brenham Texas, 2000 miles from where we were, which makes a search daunting at best.Jody has more to offer than just any real estate agent, he also knows what to look for when viewing a home for potential problems and will point them out to you even if it may deter you from making an offer, we never felt the pressure of upsell for a pricier home to get a larger commission or to make offers hastily. He is there to help when un expected problems arise from sellers during the negotiating process. Work with Jody you will be glad you did!

I cant recommend Jody enough! He was a pleasure to work with and a total trooper through my house search. I met Jody through Zillow and, when I flew to Austin for a weekend of house hunting, he dropped everything to shuttle me around to 40+ different for sale and rental options. His knowledge of the area in amazing - he knows all of the best restaurants, bars, shopping, and small businesses and pointed them all out in my new neighborhood. His recommendations have become some of my favorite places in Austin. I highly recommend Jody for all of your house hunting needs!

My husband and I worked with Jody for several months to find the right home for us. For several weeks he patiently toured homes with us - he put in offers and worked with sellers before we decided to go with a new construction home. At that point - I thought his job was done until closing. He could sit back and just wait - right? Not Jody. He met us during walk throughs and really helped as the ‘heavy’ during a few issues that came up with the builder. He is a wonderful realtor and he really made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process because we knew he was just a quick text or call away. I would highly, highly recommend him.

Jody is an absolute rockstar!!! He was incredibly knowledgeable on the Austin market and how to handle a competitive market. I was a first time homebuyer and he took the time to answer all my questions at all hours of the day (and night). He really made the process of buying a home virtually painless.
