When Joaquin first met our family we were just looking around for an area we could possibly live in. We were just discharged from the military so we didnt know any areas. When we finally chose a home we were interested in, Joaquin guided us, spoke to our loan processors and builder to ensure everything was squared away and perfect. He answered our questions when we had any, and even went to check on our home to make sure it was being built perfectly. He was there helping during our walkthrough and closing day. My family and I are blessed to have someone guide us and made everything easier on us. From being professional and kind to my family to our closing day. We will forever be grateful.

We recently bought a property in Texas from another state and we were so incredibly happy with the service that Joaquin Mavares provided us with. He was so pleasant to work with. Buying a home out of state required us to be there but a lot but it just wasn’t possible and Joaquin went above and beyond helping us with so many different tasks that required him to drive places ir represent us. He was kind and knowledgeable and never left us with unanswered questions. I have encountered some unprofessional or shady realtors but Joaquin was very professional and honest and never pushed us as he listened to exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend Joaquin if you’re in need of a realtor. I feel like we not only have a real estate agent for future purchase but we now have a friend.

I could not have asked for a better realtor than Joaquin. He went above and beyond in assisting us with finding and purchasing our home in the Houston metro area. We found ourselves in a bind due to not being able to make it to two of our walkthroughs, but Joaquin was helpful by being our pair of eyes. He took the time to physically go to our house on walkthrough days, FaceTime us, and look for details that needed to be fixed. He checked up on us multiple times during the home buying process, and was always quick to get back with a response when we had a question. It was a true pleasure working with Joaquin and appreciated all the hard work and time he put into helping us find a place that we can call home in Texas.
