We recently moved from CA to TX. Joanna took the time to show me around and help me find the area I wanted to buy my home in. She went above and beyond during the entire process. Joanna would visit our house as it was being built and sent us videos, photos, and would FaceTime us so we can see the progress. She made a very difficult transition so much easier. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without her! I 💯 recommend her to help you sell or buy your home!!

I started my home buying journey with a bit of a shaky start: I wasn’t approved for the financing I was looking for and I’m not going to lie, I was a bit defeated. One of my best friends talked me through it and told me I should speak with the realtor who sold her the house she purchased a year ago- I didn’t want to waste Joanna’s time but if she thought I wasn’t a lost cause I would be happy to speak with her. THANK GOD I DID!!Joanna is such a blessing in my life! She took the time to work with me and help narrow down what I was looking for, helped me find a mortgage broker with a lower interest rate than I had previously seen AND she helped me find my dream home.
