Jill was our realtor back in Feb/Mar when everything was beginning to get crazy and houses were selling so quickly. As first time home buyers, we were so blessed to have someone so knowledgeable and patient with us to walk us through the home buying process. Jill was my buyers agent. I was looking for a small vintage home in a particular area in good repair. They go fast so you have to act fast. Jill does this. She was in contact with me regularly and always available when I needed her even while on vacation or at an Aggie game! She recommended a great lender, excellent home inspectors (good contacts are very important) and stayed on top of any repairs that were needed. Quite frankly I didnβt have to do much. Jill handled everything from beginning to closing. All that was required of me was to give my approval. I will highly recommend Jill Jones if you are buying, selling or just needing information. -
