I can’t say enough about @jessvineyardtxrealtor. She was nothing less than my realtor, tour guide, life coach, mentor, therapist, advisor, best friend, babysitter, dog walker, and prayer warrior. The last year was a tough one, but because of Jess and her husband @rebelrustictexas, we found hope and joy. Her positivity, her expertise, and work ethic are unmatched by anyone I have ever met. If you need a realtor or even just coffee with a friend, look her up. You will be better because of it.

I cant recommend Jessica highly enough. In a challenging housing market (4 other houses on our street alone for sale), Jessica went above and beyond to sell our house, showcasing her innovative marketing, including professional photography, virtual tours, and targeted online advertising, which attracted a wide range of potential buyers.From the beginning, Jessica took the time to understand our needs and concerns, ensuring that every aspect of the selling and buying process was handled with the utmost care.What truly sets Jessica apart is her commitment to communication and transparency. She kept us informed at every step, providing regular updates and feedback, and was always available to answer our questions. She even provided a therapy session at one point when we thought we would never find the perfect home.Thanks to Jessicas hard work and expertise, our house sold quickly and at a great price, despite the tough market conditions. She was always available to show us properties which is the reason we were able to quickly sweep up our new dream house.
