We found Jessica while hunting for lake properties with some land (with a great school district) that’s not close to people and she found us a great spot. She listens to your needs and wants and finds you a great set of happy mediums and then goes the extra step and researches things you wouldn’t think about. Jessica helped us find our next home in one day. In a pour down out in East texas all day we looked at around 10 homes. Jessica is very calm and extremely personable. She helps you with organization and helps keep you calm during the flow of things.We have never bought a house and so she baby stepped us all the way through it. We had a unique situation over deeds and she researched and helped us figure out ownership to the next part of land right beside us. We learned about real estate attorneys that day. She’s teaches you about the areas as you go too. She keeps you updated constantly and makes all the transitions super nice. When we had contractors try to give us a run around she fixed that for us and we moved forward with more people. She helped us with getting in touch with contractors so we didn’t have to search for anyone and it was a quick and simple set up for quotes and got the items necessary tended to quickly. When we forgot something she would send us a text (we asked her to do that) for us to get that done. We will definitely call her again. -

I want to preface this review by saying that I am a mortgage lender and have worked with many agents in multiple states. That being said, when it was time for my own purchase I chose Jessica over ALL my contacts for a reason. She is the perfect balance between fierce and compassionate. She was an expert negotiator, knew exactly when to push the seller’s limits and when to back off and play to their softer side. She got me a better price than I thought she could AND under where I told her my max was. She gave professional advice as well as friendly advice and when the 2 clashed she respected whatever decision I made and put her all into whatever way I went as if she’d never hinted at her apprehension. She went above and beyond and looked into town and city laws and historic guidelines so I knew exactly what I was getting into. She contacted contractors, without me asking, so I had more than enough info at my fingertips to make sound decisions and she handled things for me so I could concentrate on my regular job. She kept me updated the right amount of times where she was not annoying but not disappearing on me either. Just perfect all around. I was not a high ticket buyer, but she never let me feel like that. In fact, knowing the market the way I do I’d say she probably worked harder for my small purchase than she had to on much higher value properties! I highly recommend Jessica and will continue to use her myself! I cannot thank you enough, Jessica! -
