I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Jessica both personally and professionally, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. As a real estate agent, I’m very selective about who I refer clients to, especially when it comes to farm, ranch, and large acreage properties, which aren’t my specialty. One particular property comes to mind—a 30-acre parcel with an orphan wall and two leaking tanks. Jessica not only helped my client list the property but also managed the environmental cleanup and ultimately secured a full-price offer. Her expertise and dedication truly set her apart.
