For anyone looking for the best realtor in town, look no further than with Jerry! As a first time homebuyer for my family and I, Jerry made the process effortless on my end. Sat down with him told him what I was looking for and right away started looking and after a few months of looking at houses and going back and forth, we were able to find our home.I dont consider Jerry just a realtor, but a friend now and I hope to do business with him again in the future.

Jerry helped me out since day one of getting in contact with him. He took the time that I needed to find the right house at the right price. Answered all my questions and was very up front and honest. Throughout owning the home and up until I needed to sell Jerry was there. When it came selling, I knew who to call. Jerry helped me list the house and knew how to sell the house effectively even when the housing market is the way it is in 2024. As a first time homebuyer, the process of buying a house was very overwhelming and a little scary. I had no idea where to begin the process for loans, inspections, offers, etc. Jerry was there to walk me through the entire process and provided much needed support and advice along the way. His experience and knowledge were extremely comforting, and he made the process for me as easy as possible. The selection process took months, and whenever I began to feel discouraged he was there to give me confidence that we would find the right house together, and we did! Jerry is a ONE OF A KIND realtor who cares about you and takes care you in ALL aspects of the homebuying process. I will definitely be using him for all my future home buy/ selling needs, and I highly recommend him!!

He will steer you straight through all the ins and outs of buying a home and help you find the perfect one for you and your family.When we purchased ours he showed us almost three dozen houses in one day.... to the point he thought his truck keyless remote would work to open one of the homes.... it was a busy day!! But that is the commitment that Jerry has in making sure his customers get the best home for them.I did not know Jerry before we got started but we became good friends afterwards because him and his family are awesome. They are the Christians that are needed in their community.

Jerry is an exceptional realtor. It doesnt matter your circumstances, he will do whatever it takes to find you the perfect home. We are a military family and Jerry spent an entire day (because thats all the time we had) showing us more than a dozen plus homes until my husband and I came to an agreement (which was no small feat). He never complained, always laughed at my husband and I bickering back and forth about our likes and dislikes, and displayed the patience of a saint. When it was time for us to seal the deal, he showed no doubts we had made the right decision. I for one could show just by my face when we walked into a house if it was the right fit and Jerry was able to pick up on my dissatisfaction. Even as my husband would try to persuade me, Jerry came back with...weve got plenty more to choose from.Little did we know Jerry and his sweet family would become good friends of ours during our time in Texas! Mr Deldago worked feverishly in selling my old home and me buying my new home. He made the entire process uncomplicated and was there for me every step of the way.
