Jenny was GREAT!!! We gave her very short notice that we would like to list our house for sale when we were going to be out of town in a couple days. She was able to get everything done before we left and have an open house and showings while we were out of town. It sold while we were gone! Jenny let us know everything to expect along the way in the selling process and kept us up to date on what was going on. When we had to move out of town early, she went above and beyond the last couple days before closing to make sure everything was up to the buyers standard. I would recommend her to everyone!

TLDR: Do yourself a favor & hire Jenny to be your Realtor! You will NOT REGRET it for a moment & you will make an awesome friend!Long Version:Best thing I did in 2023 was hire Jenny to be our Realtor! Having grown up here, I know so many agents but I didn’t know how to choose the best one for me. Whoever we chose to represent us in Waco was going to have HUGE expectations to live up to given our great agent in San Antonio! I decided to join some mom groups for the Waco area to get a better idea of what the community was like these days since it had been more than 20 years since I lived in Waco. Enter Jenny McCaslin!I contacted her originally to ask about getting involved with one of her events. She showed so much interest in my small business so when I made a trip to town to take care of some things, she invited me to join her for coffee. She wanted to know more about my business and how she could help me be successful. I got the impression she just genuinely cared about women succeeding, small businesses succeeding, and Waco succeeding!We talked at the coffee shop about our families and our experiences in Waco. She shared how much she loves the city and wants to help others fall in love with it too. Before we had even finished our coffee, I knew she was the Realtor for me and asked her if she would be willing to work with me to find the perfect home for my family when the time came. She knew we were still months away from making our actual move but was willing to answer any questions we had and take time out of her day to assist us.When the time came she worked directly with my San Antonio Realtor and they both kept me in the loop as things progressed with our transition. Jenny was excited to show us properties and helped keep our children entertained while we were looking around. She asked a lot of open-ended questions about things we liked and didn’t like about each home and made sure to point out features and flaws she noticed so we could make informed decisions.During our last trip to view properties, she encouraged us to go look at a home for a second time. She shared that we had positive things to say about it originally but didn’t like the price of it. She had been watching it and the price had just been reduced. When we decided to put in an offer, she helped guide us to an offer she felt was fair given the neighborhood. We were so excited when we quickly learned the offer had been accepted!We were still living in San Antonio at this point working on closing on our home there. Jenny quickly got our new home inspected and was able to coordinate all the inspectors (home, termite, and pool) to be there at the same time. As each inspector finished, she called me so the inspectors could go over their findings with me and I could ask any questions. We quickly got the inspection reports back and worked on our adjusted offer. She provided advice on how best to phrase our repair requests so we could move forward with the purchase and came up with a deal. Everything was PERFECT!!Then things came crashing down. Our buyers in San Antonio walked away. Our home came off market and then relisted. In those 10 days, the market changed and we had to list lower than initially. All of this happened after we watched the moving truck drive off with our belongings. Jenny continued to stay positive and reassure us it was going to be ok. She worked her magic with the sellers agent and we were able to get additional time.Jenny & I spoke often discussing possible options to get this deal closed. She never felt pushy or like she was annoyed with us. She always made time for us. With her support we were able to come up with a solution and within a matter of days we were at the closing table! Jenny took on the stress of our home buying process, so that we could focus on things that mattered, like our family! It was not until after we closed on our property that we realized just how many clients she had at the same time and how awesome she is! She made us feel like we were her ONLY clients and had her entire focus!

Jenny went above and beyond for our family, taking the time to get to know our wants and needs as a family. Jenny was patient, transparent, and worked hard to sell our home quickly and for above our list price. While in the process of listing our home for sale, Jenny worked diligently to also help us find our new home. Due to the low inventory in our new town, Jenny reached out to the local agents and was able to help us secure our new home, off market! We couldn’t have sold our old home and bought our new one without her. Jenny and her team made the process as easy as possible!

I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience… Jenny listened to both mine and my husband’s wants and needs (which typically were NOT the same lol) and managed to help us both navigate the buying process at 2 different paces. This must have been extremely challenging but she never showed it. But as patient as she was with us, she was nothing but a closer when it was go time to get things handled. We closed in 12 days with not 1 hiccup or delay. Very professional throughout the entire process while making us feel like family at the same time.
