I feel so lucky that I was referred to Jenny Litten by a trusted friend. I can’t imagine having gone through the home-selling process with anyone more competent or caring by my side.I first connected with Jenny in early 2022, when Austin was at the height of its seller’s market, to discuss an eventual Fall 2022 listing. However, because she was on top of a rapidly changing market, she helped me accelerate my timeline considerably to a summer sale before prices fell too steeply. Because I was, by then, living out of state and also had tenants in my home, this meant that Jenny was personally overseeing repairs to prep the house for sale in record speed, and also managing my tenants on the ground during that process, as well as during the showing period. Jenny connected me quickly with competent service providers, and scheduled and arranged every single piece of prep and showing. We took a risk on a house that was definitely not our style, but the land and location were hard to pass up. She guided us on what we could do to make it ours, helped us negotiate to get us a renovation budget, and was with us every step of the way. And, shes just a great person to work with. Shes knowledgable of the Austin market. Shes knowledgeable when it comes to what to renovate and what to keep the same.
