I started looking for a new home about 5 months ago. I actually loved the first home and made an offer. I had some initial issues on the business side that led to me walking away from earnest money. We then started looking at other used homes, and I didnt find anything I liked. She then reached out to me and suggested new homes where I could get a far more favorable interest rate from a builder than I would get with a traditional lender. Wow… She was right. While I ended up walking from earnest money again from a new home the closer it was coming to being finished, she recommended that I look at a new builder because she noticed I was disappointed in the quality of the other homes I looked at. I did as she recommended and found the PERFECT home. You cant go wrong with this lady. I am not generally one to sing the praises of someone on the public internet, so this means something!

Jennyfer is very attentive! She took the time to help us, she was always attentive and willing. It was a pleasure to work with her.
