Ive purchased a few homes over the years but this market economy is a whole different ballgame. I was also retiring from Alaska to Texas and had a very limited timeframe to travel, find a house, submit an offer, and relocate my family. Jennifers help and guidance was instrumental in this process. Weeks before my scheduled travel to house hunt, she provided guidance and recommendations based on my familys needs. She took the time to understand what I needed and what I thought was important. She was hard at work weeks before I was even in San Antonio. When my wife and I arrived, we quickly refined our list and started house hunting within hours of my flight landing. We made corrections to our search criteria. She offered suggestions based on her experience which ultimately led to my wife and I finding our house. I flew out the day after we found our house and she took care of the rest. She helped with scheduling inspectors, she visited the house and sent updated pictures along the way (new construction).I, without reservation, recommend Jennifer as a realtor. We have been in our new home for about 1 month and she has still been helpful in answering questions about my warranties, contractors, and with nudging our developer with last minute things.Thank you, Jennifer, for making our home purchase a great and smooth transition.

I could not have asked for a better realtor. Jennifer was fantastic! She was so dedicated to making sure my house was sold in the short period I needed it sold. She was always there when I needed her or had any questions. She also helped me find a great realtor in the location of my new house. Jennifer went above and beyond for me. Jennifer is an excellent realtor. She is flexible with her time and will accommodate you however you need it to happen. Shes quite knowledgeable with Texas Real Estate laws/rules and finds the slightest things that could be a potential problem with a home down the road and provides you excellent advice so you can make an informed decision. She catches things pretty quickly. Shes approachable and shes easy to talk She has an excellent sixth sense and the ability to address your unexpressed needs right away and with compassion. This goes hand in hand with putting her customers at ease. If you are looking for someone who will look out for you and can close I recommend that you seek her out as your next realtor. Shes Authentic.

I recently worked with Jennifer as the buyers agent for her listing. From the beginning I knew she was going to be a great agent work with. I could tell she gave the sellers tips and guidance to make the listing show ready and the most attractive as possible, especially in a neighborhood with new construction still building nearby. The home stood out so much my clients chose it over new construction. The transaction unfortunately became very complicated, Jennifer was thorough and professional no matter what obstacles came our way. She ensured her clients were protected in the transaction while still maintaining a professional amenable working relationship with me as the buyers agent. It was truly a pleasure working with Jennifer and hope to have another transaction with her in the future!

Are you looking for an incredible realtor in the New Braunfels/San Antonio market? Look no further. Jen was far and away the best realtor we’ve ever worked with and helped us sell our home in New Braunfels quickly. As a military family, we have moved many times all over the US and worked with many realtors in that time. If we could have Jen help us in every future state the Air Force sends us to, we would. Jen is unmatched in her knowledge of the challenges military families face. She helped us navigate selling our home to another family who opted to assume our VA loan, not an easy process, but a process that we didn’t have to worry about because we knew Jen was on top of everything. She is quick to communicate in whatever method you prefer (I liked to chat on the phone so she fielded many a FaceTime call from me!). She helped us negotiate a great deal on our house in this very tricky time for sellers, we couldn’t be happier. Not only that, but she made our home look incredible in her marketing efforts. The level of professional photography and the stunning video she made to highlight our home I think really helped buyers see themselves living there. Our home was on the market less than 3 weeks before we had a great offer and we closed on time. Jennifer’s knowledge, professionalism, and open communication made our out of state move feel far less stressful than any we’ve ever had. As a military family, we are tasked with making moves to unknown areas, often sight unseen. Jennifer is an expert in the virtual process. She made sure we were informed every step of the way, showed up to all of the in person meetings/inspections that we were unable to attend, and advocated for us in areas we didn’t even know to look for. She spent more time with us than any realtor we’ve ever worked with, and made us feel like her only priority despite her busy schedule. We will absolutely be using Jennifer in the future when we are tasked with moving again, and would highly recommend her to anyone.
