Jenneil is by far the best Realtor in Northlake (really in all of DFW). Our home initially didn’t sell and was on the market for over 6 months We felt defeated and decided to take our home off the market over the holidays and try again in the new year. That’s when we met Jenneil and everything changed. She offered a plan, suggested meaningful changes, and most of all, she offered hope and confidence that I had lost in selling our home. Jenneil surrounded herself with an incredible team who staged our home and photographed our home in a way that highlighted the best features and made buyers aware of all it had to offer. It was Jenneil going the extra mile for us that got us a FULL ASKING offer after 4 days on the market. We went from over 6 months of NOTHING to a full price offer in 4 days. This was from our first open house too - we sold our home without any showings. Jenniel Baldwin is an excellent REALTOR. Right from the first interaction, you will notice her attention to detail and caring nature. You will be hard pressed to find anyone that will work harder for you. Jenniel represented me when I sold my home. Her process begins before the house even goes on the market. Marketing, timing, staging are all elements she considers. Jenneil is an amazing person to work with. She cares for you as if you are family and is comfortable with communicating feedback to you as a seller or a buyer. Representing me as a seller, I thought she did a phenomenal job preparing us to showcase our home. She was at our house everyday days leading up to listing day to clear clutter and personally help the stager present our home in a beautiful way. Jenneil is definitely a people person and she knew how to efficiently follow up with leads and introduce herself in such a pleasant way during open houses. Her vision definitely got us the offers that ultimately got us to close in less than a month. From my perspective as a buyer, Jenneil took her time to provide me with comps and guidance to negotiate the best deal. She worked for my family and Is best interest and I mean that.
