Jen is amazing! She was very professional and made everything go so smooth. Working with her was so easy! She was very knowledgeable and works so hard to get you everything you want! She made our first home buying experience awesome! If you need anything she is there to help with any questions you have. Even at our closing she captured a memory that I am so very grateful for! You can’t get any better than Jen! Highly recommend her!!!

Working with Jen and her team was one of the best possible decisions I could have made for our family. Heres why: First, she has an unwavering commitment to customer service and is a clear and very responsive communicator. She took the time to educate us with great patience throughout the process (we are first-time homeowners). Second, she loves to win. This translates to her using the best possible strategies on our behalf, including not wasting any of our time with options that arent viable. She knows how to negotiate wisely on our behalf. Third, she has incredible vision. From helping us see the possibility of owning a house in the first place down to ideas about what we could do in our new space that would increase the value, she really has an eye for what is possible. Jen and her team worked extremely hard to help us find the perfect first home for us. She has our business for life, and is the only realtor I would recommend to friends and family.

We decided it was time for our young family to look for a house and were referred to Jen by a coworker. After our initial consultation, we knew she was the agent wed be working with. She did not downplay or dodge uncomfortable questions about the contract wed be signing with her, warned us about the difficulties and disappointments we may encounter, and was happy to explain everything multiple times.Jen pushed us to be real with our wants/requirements for the price range we were looking at. And across almost 3 months of hunting, she accomadated MANY urgent off-hours requests, displayed tremendous patience with our narrow venn-diagram of wants/requirements, and ensured that every house we looked at was at least an opportunity for us and her to both learn.As an engineer, the traits that stand out most to me are a fortitude to commit, an open-ness to adjusting ones approach, and an eagereness to learn/teach. Jen exemplified all of these traits... we loved working with her, we were thoroughly impressed by her cunning and quick wit during negotiations, and we loved how she directly involved us in her game- planning/tactics/rationale during negotiations.After years of being disappointed, let down, and screwed over by all sorts of businesses (everybody from mechanics, to doctors, to insurance companies, to handymen, to past employers) finding somebody who approaches work and their clients as Jen does stands out even further to us.

I’ve known Jen since I was young and we were neighbors. She’s helped us with purchasing two separate homes over the years. She sold our land as well. She is very knowledgeable and works hard for her clients! She makes sure you get the best deal and ensures you get the best offer.
