We found Jen at one of her open houses and instinctively asked her to become our buying realtor. That was a great choice. She combines sincere friendliness with super professionalism. After we found our house she was on top of every detail all the way to closing. She knows the territory and helped us with a list of good local contractors which we continue to use as needed Even now, after closing, she continues to follow up to make sure everything is going smoothly.

I came across Jen last year at a band booster meeting (Go Jags!). Fast forward to a couple of months ago - my husband and I weren’t in the market until we stumbled upon this ONE house and that all changed! We started interviewing realtors but there was always something missing. That’s when I remembered Jen! I found her contact info and after we spoke, my husband and I knew we wanted her to be our realtor. She was genuine, friendly and absolutely incredible throughout the whole process. Not to mention her communication and experience is top notch! She is such reliable resource, and moves quickly to get whatever needs to be done, DONE! We are so glad we had Jen on our side. Upfront she made sure she knew what our goals were with selling the house and made sure we could meet and maximize those goals . Selling your home can be stressful for even the most routine showings, offers, counter offers etc. In our case we had some not very common requests from the buyers agent. However, Jen had already experienced these situations previously and knew exactly what options we had available and how to guide us through the pros and cons of each. I cannot overstate how crucial Jens experience was to helping us sell our home and meet our financial and personal goals. Jen is always professional and available when you need her. I highly, highly recommend working with Jen if you have the opportunity.

I had a fantastic experience working with Jen. I emailed her one night that I was in the market for an investment property in Buda and within 18 hours we were looking at a fantastic place. She helped me through the buying process and was knowledgeable and responsive throughout. She went above and beyond helping us with the leasing process as well. I would highly recommend Jen as your next realtor!Update - I have now used Jen a second time, this time to buy my primary residence. Once again she was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She has a great understanding of the market and the process. I was purchasing this home remotely, and Jen was a huge help in navigating that process. She was always happy to facetime a house I wanted to see. Once we had an offer accepted she took care of the inspection and walkthrough. I highly recommend Jen!

Wow, I never could have imagined how good an agent could be! Jenn takes the cake in every way. We had multiple offers on our home within days of listing it. Jenn’s listings are flawless and beautiful, and she will make sure your house shows it’s full potential! She starts with a staging consultant that comes in that advises you how to prepare your home, a professional photographer come in (you cannot imagine how much difference this makes!), and Jenn knows her stuff! She is extremely organized, and there for you whenever you need her - she made the process streamlined and stress free! She is honest and very informative! Need I say more?? We are very grateful we found her!

Jen is the absolute best! She helped us sell our house as the housing market was taking off. She really took time to understand what our goals were and priced our home with those goals in mind. She came in with a bubbly personality, which was important for me, but she also came in with a bunch of data to backup her recommendations for pricing. She definitely knows her stuff and I will recommend her to all my friends and family!

Jen is incredible. We are first time home buyers and debated even hiring a realtor and boy Im glad we found her. She sat with us and went line by line through our offer paperwork, contracts, etc explaining every detail because she knew how important it was to me. She is efficient and no nonsense and an excellent communicator. I had COVID during our pre-drywall inspection and she walked the property with our inspector and videoed/narrated the entire home to show me where gas lines, plumbing, etc were in the walls since we couldnt be there. Buying your first home is stressful enough, but throw in a pandemic and supply chain shortages and it would have been a downright nightmare without her.Jen is an amazing advocate and was great about maintaining contact with our sales agent + builder for updates when we had to endure multiple closing delays. She watched the market like a hawk and called me as soon as she saw home prices in our neighborhood had dropped below what we bid, and negotiated a price match reduction in our contract saving us thousands. If you are buying a home in central Texas, hire this woman. You will not regret it.
