What a great experience! Jen is professional and knowledgable and always willing to help or give advice and referrals. She took the time to walk through my home and gave great tips on staging. She gave great advice and referrals regarding repairs and facelifts so we could get the best price possible. She also referred us to a great agent to work with us once we relocated. Did I mention she also has a great personality and sense of humor? I couldnt have been more pleased with her representing us as sellers!

Jen helped us buy land in March and then sell our house in November. She was patient, knowledgeable, great with communication, and made both the purchase and sale go smoothly. After we purchased our land she sent us a market report on our neighborhood every month. We were trying to time our sale for the best time and that simple market report helped us make that decision. She checked in occasionally and gave input on ways to prepare our home for sale. When the time came she had our home listed quickly and it sold within three days of being on the market with 4 offers, 2 of which were well over asking. All of the agent feedback mentioned how the house was priced well. We feel like her sales price recommendation was spot on. She was in constant communication during the listing and sale of our house. We felt comfortable asking her questions and she kept a close watch on what was going on with our showings. During the “under contract” phase, we didn’t have to do anything but send in a few papers to title. We would absolutely use her again if we ever need a realtor and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

What else can I say other than exemplary. Jen was amazing she was so professional and knowledgeable, she was a pleasure to work with. We listed the house on a Friday and by Sunday evening we had multiple offers. You want a realtor that’s going to get the job done quick and right then she is your person. She’s always so honest and trust worthy I wouldn’t ever choose another realtor.
