Working with Jeff on the purchase of our home was a great experience. We moved from San Diego California to Montgomery County and Jeff was awesome. He is very knowledgeable with this entire area as he grew up here. Jeff is a good listener and very responsive to all messages, phone calls and emails. He was happy to drive around for us and do virtual home showings. Very nice and down to earth type of guy. We highly recommend Jeff West for any real estate needs.

I met Jeff West through his online videos.On the Conroe Living Channel on YouTube, he goes to different areas in the Hudson, Texas, area and highlights different builders and homes. He is a realtor in short supply, a true profession, a true diamond in a ruff in a good way when you need someone to be your voice in this strange world of home ownership. Jeff will email you back. He will call you back. Jeff even Emails me before I have my first cup of coffee. Jeff took time from his busy schedule when my wife and I made a trip from Arizona to look at areas before we decided on the area we were interested in considering. It was a great experience. Jeff is the best real estate agent we have ever worked with. Not only was he always available, he is extremely knowledgeable about the Lake Conroe area. Before moving to the Conroe area we did our research and found Jeff through his Youtube videos. His videos were informative, interesting, and you could see very quickly he was an expert on all things Conroe. We reached out to multiple realtors and Jeff responded first and the same day. He didnt waste any time in getting to know us and what our needs were. Our goal was to build a home in Conroe but we needed to sell our home in another area of Houston as well. We used Jeff for the sale of our home and he made the entire process so smooth. Selling a home can be stressful but he gave us the guidance we needed every step of the way. Jeff was also our realtor for our new home build in Conroe. He was very helpful through every stage of the build and was very attentive to any questions or concerns we had. Jeff was amazing to work with and we would highly recommend him! We stumbled on his YouTube channel researching neighborhoods when looking for a home in the Conroe area and were very impressed with his knowledge of the area and the industry. We reached out expressing our interest to move to that area, and he took great care in finding out what we wanted in a home, listening to our wants and needs and matching it to the best option. From there, he helped us every step of the way in the process while making us feel confident and comfortable about the choices we were making. We lived 3 hours away, and yet he helped make buying a home an effortless experience. Jeff is the reason why we had a very successful sale of our home. He is vastly knowledgeable, dedicated, and so easy to work with. We were difficult sellers since I live overseas and my husband is 2 hours away from the property. He was patient and diligent through our busy schedules and different time zones. JEFF WEST IS THE BEST!! My husband found Jeff West Properties via YouTube. Jeff had in-depth knowledge about the Conroe/Montgomery county area and the housing market in general. In the video, Jeff also shared his contact info and encouraged anyone with questions to contact him. So we did. From our initial contact, until we closed on our home, Jeff was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and always responded promptly to our questions and concerns. Many realtors equate the amount of attention to the dollar amount of the transaction. Jeff was an absolute God send. I actually stumbled upon him on YouTube and I knew he was quite knowledgeable. I shot him a text and everything just fell into place from then on. Where to start… Lets just say, we we’re all over the place. We started with a firm idea of what we wanted, then changed 12 times along the way. Even so, Jeff went above and beyond at every step of the process yo make sure our experience was wonderful. Jeff held our hand when he needed to, and let us have the room we needed when necessary. He was almost always available - apparently took momentary breaks to help other people as well 🙄! Needless to say, Jeff would always call us right back, send the information we requested, or even drive out of his way at moments notice to meet us at yet “another” home. Jeff was so easy to work with! First of all he made a gorgeous listing of our home; the photos were stunning. He was also easy to reach and communicated well throughout the whole process. We had some difficult buyers who kept throwing in last-minute requests right before closing, but he navigated the negotiations on terms that everyone was happy with at the end of the day.
