Jeana is the best! She helped my husband and I find our first rental home from out of town. She blocked off her entire Saturday to accommodate our work schedules, and even helped us with typing our answers into the paperwork when we couldn’t get our hot spots to work while traveling.Now that we’re here in Plano, Jeana does a wonderful job keeping in contact with us. She hosts events and does drop bys to check in. Her client services and just overall demeanor is basically unmatched from my experience.She was also totally right about our neighborhood and her recommendation. We love it!

I first met Jeana when I was scrambling to find a rental property at the last minute. I passed by one of her properties, and she explained that it was unavailable once we spoke over the phone. After we hung up, seconds later the phone rang again. Jeana had called back to offer to assist me in finding a property even though she had nothing available in her inventory at that very moment! She did end up finding me a great private rental listing located in the same area as the initial property.Several months later when the time arrived for me to purchase a home, I knew that Jeana would be the one to go to. I was very particular about the amenities that I desired in a home, so I chose Jeana for the purchasing process because she is meticulous and calculated in the way that evaluates and selects properties.Additionally, Jeana is very knowledgeable about everything regarding real estate in general, therefore she always keeps you informed every step of the way regardless as to what arises. Jeana is a fantastic realtor. She goes above and beyond to ensure her clients are taken care of. On our first home tour she brought the cutest survival kit for us. She listened to what we wanted and searched to find it. She answered her phone anytime we called or texted...even after we closed on our house!
