Coming from Fort Irwin, CA and being military and having a hectic schedule, Jayy Edwards was an outstanding and patient realtor. He explained everything to us, was able to do virtual zoom property showings, and helped us so we were comfortable in making a decision from across the country. His genuine personality and always helpful attitude always considered our timeline and family needs. He was outstanding and we highly recommend him to our fellow service members because he understands the lifestyle and works hard to take care of his clients.

Jayy is a fantastic realtor. As a fellow veteran it was very easy for us to connect and work together. Jay walked me thoroughly through the home buying process because this is my first home. Did a good job as well getting the house below the listing price. He had a great knowledge of the local market and knows the good locations in town. My family and I were very lucky to have Jayy Pierre as our realtor. He is knowledgeable, professional, patient and hardworking. What delighted us the most was that he made us a priority and not the desire to close a deal.We bought from out of state and could not be more happier with our choice to go with him. He always made time in his schedule for us at a moments notice and took us on several home showings the few times we were in Dallas. He was available to answer all our questions and address our concerns. Our final home showing was virtual since we were not available to tour in person, He took time to show us the neighborhood and every inch of the home and that was the home we ended up purchasing. Jayy with his exceptional negotiating skills was able to secure us a hefty seller credit on the house plus got us to keep the almost new fridge!He guided us through the process and made sure we met all our deadlines, fast forward a month and a half later and we are proud home owners! Our family can honestly say that we were completely blessed and highly satisfied with the services we received through Jayy Pierre. From the beginning, we were impressed with his personal approach, professionalism, attention to detail, and hard work. Wed never bought a house before and werent sure what to expect. Let me tell you he EXCEEDED our expectations. He has a very kind demeanor, knows his stuff when it comes to homes, resale, inspections, specs, etc. We felt so comfortable with Jayy. He was great about making appointments immediately, he always got back to us, and his advice was incredibly useful. Id love to have Jayy wherever we move in the future. He wasnt pushy at all, worked with our budget, and gave great advice about areas, schools, future resale, etc. His team was also lovely to work with. We cant say enough wonderful things about Jayy Pierre. A++!! We LOVE OUR HOME!

Picked Jarvis after seeing 20+ other Realtors. He has the heart of a teacher and will work for you as hard as family. You will always feel like he is available for any question you might have. I can not stress that he might be the best Realtor Ive ever met. He promised to find us a dream house. I was VERY skeptical in this market. We closed on that house Monday. Literally a dream house and neighborhood. Couldnt find the 6 star to click.
