Jay is an awesome realtor. He showed us several homes in Longview and Hallsville. He was always responsive when I reached out. Once we made an offer, he kept us informed along the way. He went above and beyond our expectations. He sets the bar high! If I have to buy another house, he will be my first call. We now have the keys! Thank you Jay!!

Jay has been an excellent resource for us. He has an intimate knowledge of the East Texas area and has met us both times we were considering purchase of raw land as well as houses. He understands our needs and has brought up things we did not consider on our own. We find value in working with a Realtor, whether it be in buying an existing home or whether you choose to build on raw land. He knows the area; he can direct you to regular builders or custom builders. He can put you in touch with all the utility providers. His background includes being a home inspector in an another state besides being a Realtor.I have purchased and sold a number of houses upon relocation. He is the best Realtor my wife and I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.It is funny. We saw a video he did on TikTok. Best click I ever did.

Jay is amazing!!! He went absolutely above and beyond for my wife and I!! WE FOUND OUR FIRST HOME!!!! Jay is a very professional and personable person! Down to earth and very fun to work with!! When things got hard at the end of our closing he rolled his sleeves up and dove right in and got it done with a time crunch!! I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking!!

After giving Jay a tour of our 70 acre ranch, he immediately came up with a marketing strategy and set it in motion with drone footage, professional photography, etc. Jay had our house and ranch sold the VERY first weekend, and at full asking price! Jay brings a really down to earth and positive attitude, and communicates in a profesional yet fun manner. Ive bought and sold a lot houses in my day, and Jay has to be the best realitor I have ever worked with. He was fun, professional, educated, and above all, listens and communicates to his clients needs. He made the whole process seemingly effortless for us! 5/5 stars!!

My first dealing with Jay was when he came to my house with an IBuyer offer. I think we both knew I wouldnt take the bid so instead he gave me positive feedback on my house. I just appreciated his encouragement and his candor. So much so that when it was time to list my house, I chose him as my realtor. Again he assessed my need for assistance so he sent me a practical To-Do list of things I could do to prepare my house.When my late husband suffered a stroke 3 days before I listed my house, instead of simply delaying the listing, he several times emailed me saying if I needed anything, he was there for me.Finally, when I got a cash offer I thought I would accept, I contacted him for a second opinion. While he could have fudged an answer to try to keep the listing, he was very honest and told me he would accept the offer if it were him. So I did, but if I were to ever buy property in East Texas or be asked to recommend a realtor, Jay would be my first choice.
